Interior architecture
Spatial and interior design responsibilities as defined for each project.

OSAN / DISCIPLINE 03
Where material, proportion and use meet.
What the discipline brings together
Interior work gives architectural intention a physical presence. OSAN’s capabilities encompass interior architecture, design and execution where appointed, marble works, floor and wall finishes, and decoration.
The character of an interior depends on relationships: between surface and volume, material and light, and the visible finish and the work behind it. The portfolio includes residential, cultural, hospitality and corporate settings.
ENGINEERING IN FOCUS
Material choice is read through proportion, texture, reflectance and light. A wall panel, a floor module and a doorway form a shared composition. Their relationships give an interior its character at both room scale and close range.

Corners, thresholds, reveals and changes of plane resolve how adjoining materials meet. These transitions connect the visual intent with the physical assembly. Repeated modules need to retain a coherent rhythm across the entire space.
Interior execution moves from the overall spatial arrangement to the individual surface. Setting-out, adjoining work and the sequence of finishes shape the relationship between design and construction. The finished environment is the point at which those decisions are experienced together.
OSAN / 03
Spatial and interior design responsibilities as defined for each project.
Marble, floor finishes and wall coverings within the appointed package.
Interior decorative work and implementation across the specific areas entrusted to OSAN.
From brief to delivery
Identify the intended use, work boundaries, design responsibilities, programme and relationships with adjacent packages. A clearly framed brief provides the starting point for engineering and construction decisions.
Consider architecture, engineering, procurement, mechanical and electrical works and construction together where they form part of the appointment. Resolve the relationship between the visible finish and the work supporting it.
Translate the agreed scope into a sequence of site activities. The building, its interfaces and its finishes call for different levels of coordination throughout the work.
Bring the appointed work to its intended handover. The relevant scope, programme and contractual requirements determine what is delivered and which records accompany it.
References demonstrate the specific packages described on their project pages; they do not imply a complete turnkey appointment.
