Established on 21 November 2019 as a direct subsidiary of OSAN Holding, OSAN YAPI İNŞAAT A.Ş. brings architecture, engineering and construction into a coordinated company structure.

Construction moves between scales: the organisation of a major work package, the connection of different trades and the resolution of a single surface. Our portfolio brings these scales together through interiors, infrastructure, facades and building renewal.
A permanent team of 25 senior architects and engineers anchors a total workforce of 182. Project teams bring these disciplines into the specific demands of each appointment.
Our operating markets include the United States, mainland China, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, Italy, Russia, South Africa—with Cape Town identified—and Ghana. Company contact is based in Istanbul, with shared OSAN Holding contact points in Dubai and the United States.
Construction expertise and international supply, connected. OSAN imports and exports the full range of iron and steel products used in construction, alongside selected construction chemicals manufactured by other companies within our group.
