OSAN / Our approach

From architectural intent
to physical execution.

A building is experienced as a whole. Its delivery depends on many connected decisions. Our approach brings the brief, disciplines and site work into the same conversation.

01 — 04
01

01 / Brief

Understand the complete task

Identify the intended use, work boundaries, design responsibilities, programme and relationships with adjacent packages. A clearly framed brief provides the starting point for engineering and construction decisions.

02

02 / Coordination

Connect design and delivery

Consider architecture, engineering, procurement, mechanical and electrical works and construction together where they form part of the appointment. Resolve the relationship between the visible finish and the work supporting it.

03

03 / Execution

Work from the whole to the detail

Translate the agreed scope into a sequence of site activities. The building, its interfaces and its finishes call for different levels of coordination throughout the work.

04

04 / Handover

Bring the work to completion

Bring the appointed work to its intended handover. The relevant scope, programme and contractual requirements determine what is delivered and which records accompany it.

The delivery arrangements, responsibilities and documentation are established for each contract.
